A double room in a nice flat in Wapping

I am looking to let a double bedroom in a family recently renovated flat in Wapping. The rent is currently at £900 pcm with all bills included, subject to fair use (with a bi-weekly cleaner). Room comes furnished with all necessary furniture.

The flat benefits from a shared living room and a sizeable balcony with a great view over central London out the front. Wapping is a great location if you are looking to live somewhere quiet but with an easy commute to central London (only 25 minutes to Tottenham Court Road with overground and Elizabeth line). The overground line is also on the night tube so returns from weekend nights out are easy. There are also multiple Santander bike stations nearby.

You’d be sharing with myself (a live-in landlord) a 31 year old gay professional, rather quiet and considerate and a similarly lovely to live with 30 year old. Ideally looking for fellow gays, who would be considerate, tidy and treat the place with respect like it’s their home. We both work from home permanently so ideally would be looking for someone who is not constantly WFH.
