AVAILABILITY:
The room is officially available from Feb 23rd, but there is quite a bit of flexibility around this date. We hope to get someone in the room no later than the beginning of March.

THE ROOM
The room is situated on the second floor of a two story home and is furnished with a double bed, bed side table, and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes. There are only two shared walls in the room, I’ve never heard either of my roommates and only very rarely hear one of the neighbors. Because the room is on the second floor and the neighborhood is so quiet, I often keep my window open throughout the night (when it’s warm enough) - so peaceful!

THE ROOMMATES
You will be living with two great girls (Italian 24, Indian 27)! They both work full time in central London. They are very quiet and respectful but also great for a laugh/chat. I’ll be sad to leave as we all get along so great but have found a job back home in America.

THE HOUSE
There are two other bedrooms in the house. One bedroom is on the first floor along with their shared bathroom and the communal living room (TV inc.). The second bedroom shares the second floor with this room. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor with a door opening to the private back garden. The garden waste collection is also free in Wapping so super easy to care for. One of the roommates also has a green thumb so she typically takes care of the garden.

WASHER & DRYER
The house has a large laundry room on the ground floor with a separate washing machine and dryer that actually work! No more moldy-ish towels.

STORAGE
There is also a finished attic space on the ground floor. Further storage can also be found under the stairs. Can’t stress enough how much storage space is in this house!

BIKE STORAGE/PRIVATE GARAGE
You would also have immediate access to the garage which is great for bike storage/access.

Who we are looking for!
Someone who can balance being sociable and respectful of peoples privacy. We also all try to do our part to keep the house clean and fresh. We don’t hire a cleaner so the ‘chores’ are divide evenly. You are more than welcome to have friends over or even host the odd party but this is by no means a party house. You’ll preferably have a full time job although our agency does accept guarantors.

Wapping/St. Katherine’s Docks
15 min walk to Tower Bridge Station
10 min walk to Wapping Overground
15 min walk to Shadewell Overground
3 min walk to a huge Waitrose and quite a few neighborhoods Sainsburys
