Hi folks,

Thanks for looking at this - I'm looking for a nice, chill and responsible flatmate to join me in my 2 bed home.

Location:
- Incredibly convenient and central location - within 5-10 min walk of Wapping + Shadwell stations, slightly over 10 min walk to Aldgate, Aldgate East, Whitechapel and Tower Gateway.
- right by the river so lots of nice walks around the area
- tonnes of bus routes, walking distance to Liverpool Street for bigger train journeys
- Brick lane and a bunch of nice cafes all on our doorstep

The home:
- cosy 2 bed flat with a spacious living room and a balcony
- refurb and decoration work was done in October so everything has had a bit of a refresh, new fridge and freezer etc, very decent condition home now
- very functional kitchen with everything you'd need
- 1 bathroom+toilet shared between two (I'm pretty low maintenance and don't have much there, and don't use it that much so should be more than comfortable + accessible enough at all times for you)
- extra storage space in the communal areas / hallways
- living room is carpeted, and I do care a fair bit about cleanliness! So standard stuff about no shoes in the house, no outdoor stuff brought in to help preserve the condition of the carpet + general cleanliness

The room:
- standard double bed, also serves as a storage space inside / underneath the bed
- fitted / in-built clothes storages

The vibes / What we're looking for:
- I'm super chill and low maintenance, especially in my own home and space. I really value having a safe space where I can do whatever / whenever I need to recharge and be myself. Ideally you are also similarly easy-going energy and looking for a similar vibe too
- extra emphasis on this being a safe space - everyone is welcome as long as you equally respect and uphold the safety for the other person. Tolerance, open-mindedness and kindness are non-negotiables in my home :)
- I work a full time weekday job, hybrid/often wfh so looking for someone similar and probably not very suited to someone who's super social / loud / likes to host things a lot.
- I am a smoker (420) so you have to be comfortable with sharing a home with me - I am fairly considerate and private about it though :) and of course means equally you are welcome to do so, if that is your type of thing too
- I do like a chat and social too, whenever we're both around and present but no pressure as I expect both of us to be busy and have our own lives and things we need to get on with in our day-to-day

--- music, creative arts, any of your personal hobbies and interests are very welcome! Bring you and your personality into the space as I'm keen for it to feel like a home and full safe space for my flat mate too
