We are looking for a flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed flat in Wapping.

The room for rent is a massive double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and windows overlooking an inner courtyard meaning there is little noise. The room also boasts a large en-suite. Please note that, while the bed, fitted wardrobe, and chest of drawers are included, any other furniture in the photographs will not be included.

There is secure, underground parking included in the price of the rent.

The block is a gated warehouse conversion called New Crane Wharf, by the river, with a 24 hour concierge and lift. The flat is on the second floor and is a massive space for 3 people at c.1500 sq foot.

The flat is just c. 3 minutes walk from Wapping Station (Zone 2, Windrush line - has weekend night service), from which you can easily get to Canada Water (Jubilee line) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth/District/H&C line). The flat is also c. 10 minutes walk from Shadwell (DLR). The 100 and D3 buses also run right by the flat (bus stop right by the building’s gate) which go to the likes of Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf.

Wapping has some of London’s best and oldest pubs (Prospect of Whitby, Captain Kidd, Town of Ramsgate), as well as a large Waitrose. The flat is 3 mins walk from a local Sainsburys and 30 seconds to the nearest corner shop. You get a great balance of a peaceful area whilst being able to easily commute to the likes of Canary Wharf, Shoreditch/Dalston, Bank and Central London. There are also lots of nice running / walking routes along the river and canals.

Looking for working professionals, ideally aged 25-35. While we’re not a party house, we’re hoping to find someone who is sociable & easy-going.

About us:
- Nicholas: Age 28, works in tech, recently moved to the UK from Paris.
- Harsha: Age 28, work in climate policy, weekends split between climbing walls, coffee spots, food markets and the occasional live music

Rent is c. £1,158 per month excluding bills. Wi-Fi, council tax and facilities comes to about £150-200 per month. Council tax is band G.
