Looking to replace myself on the tenancy for a lovely and space double bedroom in the heart of Wapping. It’s a 2bed 2 bath apartment situated near Tobacco Dock. It comes with a large super king bed, chest of drawers, closet and an en-suite shower. The place would be shared with a 28 year of female who works in Consulting. The landlord is supremely accommodative and very nice!
There is large living room with a lot of light and big windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and a microwave.
The contract is for a year and would need to be officially changed on the tenancy agreement.
Bills are around 60-70£ for energy per person , and £20 for WiFi and £85 for council tax.
I have lived here for 2 years and moving only because I want my own space with my partner.
