Bright double room - calm flat, almost sole use

Hi, I'm renting out a bright and spacious double room in my flat. The room gets lots of natural light and has plenty of storage.

The location is great:
- 5 minutes walk to Wapping station
- 10 minutes walk to Shadwell
- 15-20 minutes walk to Tower hill

I'm the landlord but I'll be away and coming back for a few days each month so the flat is effectively sole use most of the time.

Spacious kitchen with a sofa used as a dining area/living space.
A gym is about a 5-minute walk away and there is also a local running club close by. It’s generally very quiet and peaceful.

Available from 27th March - move-in date and the duration are flexible.
