1 double bedroom - Wapping (Tower Hamlets)

Hi, our housemate has sadly moved out, so looking for someone to take over her room, which is available to move in immediately or can be flexible depending on circumstances.

This is a 4-bed house, with a communal open-plan kitchen/lounge with a paved garden. The room is a double with a lot of natural light including a pretty cool view of the Shard; furniture is included. The house is an ideal location with amazing transport links into central and East London; nearest tube station is Tower hill which is roughly a 20 min walk away. Or alternatively, you can get the overground (Windrush) from Wapping, which takes approx. 15 mins. St. Katherine's docks is close by which has lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants on the waterfront.

The rent is £1,050 per month, excluding bills and a cleaner who comes every 3-weeks. Bills come to about £100 a month. Deposit is 5 weeks.

Ideally, we are looking for a working professional (in the office or hybrid preferably) who is clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces; also someone who loves a catch-up in the kitchen whilst also enjoying their own downtime.
