Amazing Single Room in quiet street – Wapping

This room in a shared house in a leafy cul-de-sac is ace. The house has been recently completely redecorated.

We are well located on the edge of Zone 1, with a lovely sunny patio that overlooks the ornamental canal. We are a 2-minute walk from a big Waitrose and just a short walk from the Thames Path, Wapping High Street and Tower Bridge.

Public transport wise we are less than 15 minutes walk from Tower Bridge, Wapping, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Gateway stations. Liverpool Street and London Bridge are walkable too.
Several Cycle Superhighways are also easily accessible.

— SINGLE ROOM —
The room is on the first floor and looks out over the very quiet cul-de-sac that is green. It has a single bed, a huge built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk.

— COMMUNAL SPACE —
The ground floor has a south-facing kitchen, that opens out onto the patio overlooking the canal. The kitchen has all the standard amenities and plenty of fridge & freezer space. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a comfy sofa, some dining space and a TV. There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor (another room has an en-suite). Beneath the ground floor is the huge garage which has vast amounts of storage for bikes etc. Also room for DIY down there.

— EXISTING HOUSEMATES —
I've lived in the street for over 12 years now and love it here. I know about half of my neighbours in this lovely cul-de-sac and get on very well with them. Sophie, Christina, and I are easy-going professionals and occasionally have a board games night together. We're looking for a housemate who we have lots in common with and easily get on with, 30 - 45 years old preferred.

— BILLS —
We currently group all our bills together and pay into one account. This covers superfast broadband, council tax (Tax band F), gas, electricity, and water, plus a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces. It comes in at about £120 a month.
