I’m looking for a new housemate to take over the second bedroom in our lovely furnished two-bed flat, as my current flatmate is moving out after buying her own place.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a 25-year-old professional – and I’m ideally looking for someone similar (female, mid-20s, working professional).

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living area and kitchen, plus a small study nook just off the lounge. We also have two outdoor spaces and a parking spot, which is a huge bonus. The development itself is gated and has a concierge.

The location is super convenient – right by Tower Hill and Wapping stations, a supermarket next door, and just around the corner from St Katharine’s Dock with loads of great places to eat and drink.
