You will be sharing the flat with me. My name is Lee, I work for a non-profit in women's sexual health. I grew up in New York City and I've lived in this flat for 6 years! I really like it here in Wapping.

Rent: £700 per calendar month (excluding Council Tax and utility bills). Utility and internet bills approx £50 per month. Allocated parking space is available upon request, located in flat parking lot. Initial contract is for minimum 6 months (renewable).

Availability: from 1 February 2019. Minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year. Renewable.

Location and amenities: flat complex is in quiet location directly behind Wapping High Street with wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants (including Waitrose, Pizza Express).

Several historic riverside pubs are within a 10 min walk, including The Prospect of Whitby and The Captain Kidd.

The flat is also within 5 minutes of parks including Wapping Woods and the Wapping Rose Gardens. It is surrounded by little canals and has easy access to the Thames Path overlooking the river.

Transport links: Overground station (Wapping Overground) is 5 minutes' walk away. Shadwell DLR is a 7 min walk. Tower Bridge Station, with connections to District and Circle Line, is 15 min walk.
