Spacious Double in Friendly Flat - Wapping

Hi everyone,

I am leaving my lovely room temporarily to go on a secondment in Shanghai. I am looking for someone to rent it out 4 months until mid July starting early March between the 1st and the 10th.

So first off, the house is pretty big has a decent sized kitchen with a dining table, a separate living room and a nice patio (good for BBQs).
The room has everything you would need: a large desk, drawers, 2 wardrobes and even a sofa (not sure you would actually need that).

The area is amazing, is it next to a huge waitrose, lots of restaurants and pubs on St Katherine's docks as well as in Wapping. it is the perfect place if you work in the city as you wouldn't need a travel card.

The flatmates are super friendly all in their twenties, always up for a chat, a drink, a home cooked meal (there is on really good cook in the house that everyone piggy backs on), a netflix night in and the occasional night out. They are all young professionals (working in tech, media and banking), 2 from the UK one from France and one from the States.

The sublet would go through me and i would need a one month deposit on top the rent.
Overall rent is 843 pounds including council tax and bills usually amount to 50 pounds per month on top of that including a cleaner.
