Our flatmate of 3yrs (Mary) is leaving to purchase her own place. We are looking for a new flatmate to take her room in this huge warehouse apartment in Wapping, about a 3min walk from the Wapping Overground station / 12mins from Shadwell.
The apartment is on Wapping High Street right next to the parks.
There is a few restaurants nearby and there is a big waitrose 10 minutes walk away.
We are near the canal so it is very pleasant for a jog or a walk on a sunday.
The living space in the apartment is huge - with windows wrapping around two sides of the lounge. It's an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge space with breakfast bar and dining area.
The room has a lot of exposed brick - this really is a great warehouse conversion. It's a good size with a lot of storage space.
We both work in the City. Joseph works in consulting and Clement works in engineering. We both like making the most of our social time but equally enjoy a lazy day on a Sunday. Very keen to have dinner or some drinks occasionally.
The rent is 815pcm. The bills in total come to 120pcm (council tax, utilities, broadband, Sky and cleaner). We rent the apartment through Savills with whom the tenancy contract would be renewed.
- £815 pcm (double)
