The property is quiet with double glazing. There isn't a lounge, as that is one of the bedrooms.

There is an upstairs bathroom with large shower, basin, toilet. Downstairs there is an additional WC with basin.

Kitchen is spacious, with all the usual in addition to dishwasher and washer/dryer. Plenty of storage for housemates.

Fast fibre optic broadband - so if you watch enjoy iPlayer you can make the most of this :)

Bills are included (gas, elec, council tax, internet)

Tenant should be a professional in full time employment. Non-smoking household.

I am a live out landlord, not very far away so I will always be around to get anything repaired promptly should anything be needed. I am an IT professional. London is a great place to live.
