My current flatmate is moving away in September so I'm looking for a new one to move in with me.

The flat:
The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath (1 ensuite) flat with open-plan kitchen/living room right next to Warwick Avenue tube station and the tenancy is until September 2023. Currently my flatmate has the bigger room with ensuite bathroom and pays more rent but the room / rent split could be decided in between us so the advertised rent isn't completely accurate. Also the images don't represent how the flat looks currently furniture-wise, they were taken before we moved into the flat (will upload up-to-date images/vid soon!).

About me:
As a flatmate I'm easygoing and clean. I'm always up for doing things together whether it's a quiet night in watching Netflix (with or without some drinks) or going out on the weekend. In my free time I like going to the gym, gaming and going to the cinema/musicals/concerts etc. I would like to live with like minded people I could be friends with, preferably with other LGBT people.
