Room to rent in Little Venice

We’re looking for a new housemate, ideally aged 27-35, to join us in our Zone 1 maisonette overlooking Little Venice’s beautiful canals. The bedroom is a cosy double, and you’ll share a spacious open-plan kitchen/living space, one bathroom as well as a downstairs WC.

The area’s lovely and central London is right on your doorstep (it’s a 5-minute walk to both Warwick Avenue and Paddington stations).

We like to keep things clean and comfortable but it’s a relaxed, friendly & sociable home – we’re two housemates (32 & 28), working in PR/medicine. We love to cook together, try out new restaurants and also chilled evenings in our local pubs.
