Bright ensuite double room near Paddington

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a spacious and bright ensuite room in our lovely flat, available from 24th May. The room is a great size, filled with natural light and comes with its own private bathroom, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a bit of extra comfort and privacy.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Paddington Station, with really easy connections across the city. There are plenty of cafés, gyms and shops nearby, and Hyde Park is very close as well - ideal for a walk, a run or just enjoying some green space.

You’d be living with three friendly professionals aged between 27 and 33. I'm a teacher (Will), Natalie works in IT, and Alex is a composer. The vibe at home is relaxed, clean and respectful - everyone gets along well and is sociable from time to time, but it’s definitely more of a calm, easy-going home rather than a party flat. We also have a weekly cleaner, which helps keep everything in great shape.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and easy to live with, ideally a working professional who is looking for a similar kind of environment.
