Cozy room in sociable flat in Little Venice

Matt is the landlord; the flat is occupied by Miriam & Olivia.
The room has a 3/4 bed, wardrobe and large mirror.

The flat:

The rest of the flat has been recently redecorated. There is a large living room with a big corner sofa, and large extendable table for up to ten (currently in use as a home office area until dinner parties are an option again!)

The bathroom is in a good condition and shared between the three flatmates.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, brand new washing machine, dryer, and brand new large fridge/freezer. The oven and hobs are gas.
There is a nice balcony that connects the living room to the kitchen.

The area:

We are really close to the canal and Little Venice. Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak tube stations are about 5 mins walk away. There are a couple of corner shops nearby as well as little super markets (Tesco & Sainsbury's) and a Waitrose 10 minutes walk away. There are also a few different gyms within 10-15 mins walk away, including a free outdoor gym in the nearby park.

The flatmates:

We are both in our late 20s hoping to find a friendly, chill new flatmate after our much-beloved third flatmate moved back to the USA. We are good friends and love hanging out together, cooking for each other, watching terrible films and chatting. Miriam is Hungarian and works as video effects compositor/artist, and Olivia is American and works in branding and marketing for a property startup. We are clean, but not neat freaks; we keep things tidy but won't get upset if you leave a dish out and clean it up later. We hire a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks (on hold during lockdown!). We are both pescatarians, if that matters, and we share a weekly produce delivery box. Olivia can typically be found nursing a plant cutting back to life or pickling vegetables, while Miriam is often seen making fresh mint tea for anyone at home or stress-tidying a cupboard while she waits for a file to export.


Bills are not included but are roughly £66 PCM for everything, plus about £20 for the cleaner.
