Hi, I have a room for rent for a a long term period in Waterloo Area..

Location is quite good, a few minutes walk from Waterloo and Lambeth North and very easy to commute to most places in London. The flat is fully equipped and ready to live in (Wifi, washing machine, TV, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, bedding, towels...) and all the bills are included

You would be sharing with another person using the smaller bedroom. the bedroom is double but wouldn't be suitable for a couple. Also, the communal parts (Open kitchen-lounge and bathroom) are good size and very clean. The flat has also been refurbished and I tried to make it look modern and with good taste.
