Looking for a temporary person that wants to sublet my room.

I am travelling for one month and therefore subletting my amazing room for the whole month of May.

My current roommate is a really nice girl from the United States. She has her own life, but also likes to do something together. I really love living togeether with her, she is great.

It is a quiet apartment of over 800 sq ft in Westminster Square, accessed through the private garden and with secure underground parking.

The property features:

- Separate fully integrated kitchen
- Two double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and built-in storage
- Two bathrooms (each tenant has its own bathroom). The room that becomes available has an onsuite bathroom.
- A 24 hour uniformed concierge service and secured building
- Located within easy reach of a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and cafes
- The development is immediately adjacent to Lambeth North Underground and a few moments from Waterloo Station and the South Bank.

The house is fully furnished. As I am only leaving temporarily I still have some stuff in the room, but there is enough empty storage available.
