I'm renewing the lease on my two bed flat and my current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over the other half of the lease from 1st October.
The flat's in SE1, around 5 mins from the Southbank/Waterloo station and 15-20 mins from London Bridge. There's a separate living room, a kitchen/diner with a small balcony off the back and one bathroom (see photos), and the room will be £921 pcm excluding bills.
A little about me - I'm Cat, I'm 23 and study Classics at King's. I love music, cooking, houseplants, pubs, yoga, going out and reading! I'm friendly, tidy, respectful and love meeting new people.
I'm looking for a long term, sociable flatmate who's up for a drink and a laugh but is also happy to do their own thing!
