We’re hoping to find a tidy, easy-going professional or student who enjoys a calm home—more of a place to relax than to host gatherings or parties. You’d be sharing the flat with just the two of us.
Just a heads-up: the room isn’t ideal for light sleepers, as it can get a bit noisy being so close to Waterloo Station.
I work from home most of the time therefore the living room area is not for use and ideally I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home too. (Monday to Friday will be considered, lower price)
