Double room in Waterloo/Lambeth North

Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful double room in Waterloo. This flat has incredible transport links with Lambeth North underground station being a 5 min walk and Waterloo station being a 5 min walk. Also has great bus links.

Currently, there are 2 guys, both working professionals. Me and another girl are moving out so 2 rooms are free. Everyone is respectful of each other and the flat has a very friendly atmosphere. We have a cleaner once a month which is only £7 per person. Rent is £990 per month (all bills included) and a deposit of 5 weeks rent is required. It is rented through an agency. You should pass referencing making a salary 2.5x annual rent which is around £30K.

I am looking for someone ASAP.

Comes with a bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. But I would prefer someone who will buy from me the rest. For £75 I will leave hangers in a wardrobe, some box organisers, a clothes basket, a drying rack, a shoe rack, over door hook, a lot of staff in the kitchen (some pans and pot, plates etc.) and a dehumidifier. I will also leave all my cleaning supplies left.
