The flat has a great central location, v. close to the London Eye and Waterloo and Westminster tube stations. It's in a secure block with 24 hour porters lodge and access to a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

The room is pretty spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Rent is £289 per week (c. £1,250 per month) plus electricity and council tax. The flat is a 2 bed-2 bath so you will have access to your own bathroom alongside a shared living space.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is a young professional, non-smoker and clean and tidy. The room will be available from 6 August 2024 for 12 months but happy to discuss about bringing the moving in date slightly forward if that's a problem.
