1. Really nice roomates. They are all quite and always cleaned the kitchen in the past several months. As far as I know, 7 out of 11 students in this flat living here in the summer for their internship in London. So they won't be in the room in the daytime.
2. There is a fridge, fan and electric pot in this room, so 290pw you can get a "studio" in the place 3 mins walk to the Big Ben. Also I can leave the almost new John Lewis kings size duvet, pillow, quilt, towel, cooking utensil, seasoning, ……to you. So you don't need to waste time and money on them.
3. Wonderful view of 18th common room, including movie room, table tennis room, study room, with free tap water, every Friday there are free fruits, and usually some food and dessert.
