The room is very near KCL and LSE campuses and also convenient for UCL Bloomsbury and Canary Wharf. It is also a short walk into the heart of the City from here!

The room has a desk, plenty of storage space, a very comfortable bed, a wooden floor and a nice sunny window. There is no passing traffic noise.

The rent is £892 per month which INCLUDES ALL BILLS and wi-fi.

The flat has all the usual amenities one would expect including a washing machine and there is a hallway, sitting room, kitchen, bath/shower room, and separate toilet.

The room is probably most suited to a student, but not necessarily so.

I am the only other occupant and I am looking for someone non-smoking/vaping who is probably either a full-time student, or in full-time work.
