Hello!
We've got a double room to rent in Waterloo (5 minutes or less away from both Waterloo and Lambeth North stations).
It's £800 a month. £900 - £950 a month if you include all bills – Council Tax Band C.
It's available from 1st March (could potentially be from 22nd February but no later than 15th March 2026)
The flat comes with us – Shaun and Claire – we’ve both been here since 2024. We keep the flat clean and feeling homely so would love another person who does too. Ideally no one who works night shifts.
