The room is spacious with a north-east facing window and a wardrobe built into the wall.
We share the bathroom (toilet separate from shower and sink), living room, and the kitchen. We are on the 4th floor with beautiful views of london such as waterloo station, archbishops park and the shard.
It takes 5 minutes to walk to westminister Bridge, 10 to walk to Waterloo Station and 8 to walk to lambeth north station. Lower Marsh Street is less than 5 minutes away with a range of amazing locations for food and nights out.
Living in Central Waterloo means basically everything is within a 30 minute journey unless you're travelling out of zone 1 and 2.
Two of us currently live here, with one of us working hybrid full time and the other working full time on site so you have to be comfortable with us sharing the living spaces to either work or relax.
The council tax band C with lambeth as the local authority.
When we split the bills, they average between £100-150 per person per month ontop of the base rent.
