Myself and my flatmate are looking for someone to replace our other flatmate who is moving out! We have just renewed the lease as of this month, with it being valid to 15 March 2027*.
The flat is just a 2 minute walk from Waterloo station, and only a 20-minute walk from the West End / the City / London Bridge - so ideal for commuting.
The room is a cosy double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat with a spacious shared living room that has a small balcony, along with a separate toilet and shower room (and yes, there is a wardrobe against the wall by the door).
You will be sharing the flat with myself (Anthony - 24) and Saffron (26), we're both working professionals but are easy-going and sociable. We love a pub trip or a meal or movie in and like to keep an good social dynamic going! We're also clean and respectful of each other's space too.
