The available bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own private patio. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and set of drawers, a desk/chair and a bedside table.

The house is in Waterloo SE1, less than 5 minutes walk to Waterloo International Station and just a few minutes to Lambeth North Station. It is located in a quiet close between Westminster Bridge Road and Waterloo Road, near to the London Eye and close to Bankside.

There is a large communal fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Ideal for socialising with housemates. There are two fridges, a freezer, a washing machine and a separate drier, a microwave. There is lots of storage space.

There is a luxury bathroom with separate shower on the 1st floor and modern shower room on the second floor.

The room is £1100 per month including all bills and wi-fi. You will be sharing with four other professionals in a mixed household of working people. Your flatmates have a range of interests. Everyone is very friendly and keep the house clean and tidy.
