Double room available with private bathroom in spacious two bed flat, located in an amazing area with everything on your doorstep.

The flat is located on the Cut, a popular area which is well known for its bars, restaurants and theatres. The location is very convenient – just 2 minutes from Southwark tube (Jubilee), 3 minutes from Waterloo station (Bakerloo, Northern Jubilee, Waterloo & City, overground) and 10 mins walk to Blackfriars (Circle, District, overground). The area is very vibrant and also gives you easy access to Covent Garden/the Strand and the City.

The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Next door is a bathroom with shower which you will have to yourself, as my bedroom has an en-suite.

The flat has a comfy living room area as well as a private balcony.

The rent is £850/month, not including bills, council tax etc (which roughly total £100 pcm).

About me: friendly, clean professional, who enjoys company, as well as respecting people’s personal space/need for privacy – so it would be great if you have similar qualities. I work as a lawyer in the City, and have a passion for the arts, reading, music, gigs and festivals. When not pursuing those interests, in my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, reading and travelling. You may not find me in the flat much mid-week due to work, but I enjoy kicking back over the weekend in the flat to watch films/have a few drinks etc.

The room will be available from 14 April, which is when I move in. I lived in this exact flat over a year ago but had to move out as I was working in the Middle East. I enjoyed the flat so much that I’m moving back in!
