Located in The Perspective Building, this east facing modern room is fully furnished with 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of draws, 1 giant cupboard and full length mirror. The bathroom has a heated towel rack and plenty of storage. The private 16th floor balcony with views of London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Elephant and Castle.

Rest of the Apartment:
This is a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 other bedrooms are occupied. The kitchen has a decent size fridge, a dishwasher, 4 stove hob, an oven, grill and microwave. There is a communal lounge with 2 leather sofas, a TV and a 4 seater dining table. The washer and dryer is also in the apartment and has it's own cupboard.

The Building:
The building is secure and has 24 concierge and provide postage, dry cleaning & clothes alteration services. It is also fitted with fire alarms, sprinkler system along with 4 lifts and 2 set of stairs located at each end of the building.

Other Flatmates:
2 friendly, tidy, easy going British males. Both are busy young professionals and are rarely home. Despite this, when there is a full house, we always have a good chat. Looking for like-minded easy going person.

Area:
Adjacent to Lambeth North (Bakerloo line) Station and 5 min walk to Waterloo station (Northern, Jubilee line and SW train connections)
Santander bike stand is also adjacent to the building.
10 minute walk to Southbank and London Eye.
20 minutes walk to St Paul's.
25 minute walk to Holborn Station.
Housemates and I rarely catch public transport due to close proximity to central London, however if you do wish to catch public transport via bus getting to Central, and all other directions are right at the front of the building.

There is a Sainsbury and a Tesco around the corner, pubs and ample of restaurants and take away joints to choose from which are within 5 min walking distance.

Bills:
Water is included. Internet, electricity and council tax are extra which vary from £10, £20 (depending on usage) and £70 respectively each month.

Notes:
As part of the lease, this room is not available to couples or smokers. Deposit is £1200. There will be a work reference check conducted by the agent.
