Large Room in West Acton House

Hi there! I got a job outside of London, so very sadly have to leave this house and the amazing housemates! The lease expires at the end of November so looking for someone to move in until then. The current flatmates are 2 girls (24) and 1 guy (26). 2 of them have been living together for a little over two years, and the third one moved in end of last year. They are all very friendly and would want our new housemate to fit in. We like to spend evenings watching TV together and chatting. We normally cook separately but like to have communal meals from time to time. We host the odd house party (once every 3 months or so). Two of us go to regular pub quizzes which you would be more than welcome to join, especially if you have good music knowledge.

The room is on the ground floor and faces forward. It has a double size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and 2 bedside tables.

The house has a large lounge, one bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is a decent size with two fridge freezers so you will have half a fridge and freezer and one kitchen cupboard for yourself. There is also a lovely back garden with a table and BBQ as well as a plum tree.

We are in Zone 3 but only 7 min walk to West Acton station on the Central line. We all work in the centre and takes around 45 mins door to desk. The Piccadilly line is also only a 10 min walk away from North Ealing. Ealing Broadway is also pretty close at a 25 min walk or jump on the central line to get Elizabeth line or District.

For shops Ealing high street and Acton high street are 20/25 mins walk away or a quick jump on tube or bus.

Bills are not included and come to around £130 total. The ideal move in date would be late April, early May but happy to be flexible!
