Hi guys, I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious room in a lovely 3b/2b house! A short walk from Central, District, Piccadilly lines in a quiet area with plenty of shops/ cafes around the corner.
Rent: £946/month + ~£130 bills.
Move-in: w/c 16th March (can be flexible)
You’ll be joining two friendly male professionals in their mid 20s (Josh & Chris), who are a mix of wfh and in office, both play hockey and enjoy a cheeky pint.
The room is very large, south-facing (lots of sunlight), king-size bed and ample storage. The flat itself is on the second floor with garden access through the front, both the kitchen and living room are very spacious and we share 2 bathrooms. Parking available.
