💰 RENT & TERMS

Single Room:
Monthly Rent: £750 pcm (Single use only)
Deposit: £350 (Equivalent to 2 weeks' rent)

Loft Ensuite room with Private bathroom:
Monthly Rent: £1050 pcm (couples £1100 pcm)
Deposit: £485 (Equivalent to 2 weeks' rent)

Bills: One-off payment of £250 (Covers all utilities, council tax, for the entire duration of your stay – no monthly surprises!)

Minimum Stay: 4 months.
