West London Room for Rent!

Hi everyone!

I am currently living in a house in West London (Acton area), and our landlord has asked me to help find new housemates to take over a spare room.

To be completely honest upfront: the house is a little bit on the older side and the common areas can be a bit messy sometimes. However, because of this, the landlord is very flexible with the rent, and is a genuinely nice and easygoing person!

The Location & Area
The house is in a fantastic, highly convenient location in West London:
- Transport: We are walking distance to the Elizabeth Line (getting you to Central London in under 15 minutes) and the Central Line. Super easy commute anywhere!
- Local Shops: Sainsbury's is just a 2-minute walk away. There is a petrol station a 1-minute walk away, and two hair salons within a 5 to 6-minute walk.
- Japanese Community: The "Natural Natural" Japanese supermarket, along with a great local sashimi and Japanese sake shop, are just about a 5-minute drive away (or a short bus ride).
- Parking: There is street parking available right outside the house. If you have a bicycle or a motorcycle, we have a backyard where you can park them securely.

The Room & Security
- The available room is located on the 2nd floor.
- Because it is high up, it is incredibly safe and secure, so you will never have to worry about break-ins.
- It comes furnished with the basics.
- Couples Welcome: The room is spacious enough for two people, so couples or two friends sharing are more than welcome!

The Vibe & Housemates
- We are big fans of ACG (Anime, Comic, Games) and PC gaming.
- Huge Perk: One of us living here actually owns an anime shop! If you are an anime fan, you can buy merch, figures, or games directly from him.
- Language: I (the current tenant writing this post) speak English, Cantonese, and Japanese fluently. Communication will be absolutely no problem!

Who We Are Looking For
- Single males or couples are welcome.
- Ideally looking for someone from Hong Kong or Japan (we love the culture and want housemates we can easily vibe with!).
- Students or working professionals are both welcome.
- Pet Friendly: Cats and other pets are very welcome! If you have a large dog, please just let us know in advance so we can quickly check with the landlord.
- No references required! The landlord is very chill; we just want someone respectful and easy to get along with.

Rent & Details
- Rent: £900 per month. This includes ALL bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax, and internet).
- Special Discount: The rent is negotiable! If you are from Hong Kong, Japan, or if you are a student, the landlord is very happy to offer an even lower, discounted price. Just let us know when you message.
- Deposit: £900
- Available from: April 18th (Available immediately)
