Looking for 2 friendly, clean/tidy, considerate Professionals to share my home and puggies with. The house is amazing and ideal to live in whilst also having plenty of different spaces / zones to hang out in if you want alone time without hiding in your room. Must be viewed to be appreciated.

Dining room:: large dining table - can seat 8 people comfortably

Description of rooms to rent:
Room 1. (£1000)
A fully furnished bright sunny room. 1 large double with en-suite walk in shower bathroom. ( bed/ FIRM Spring mattress, new mattress topper, new wardrobe). Bathroom like new, hardly used. 3 door wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and 2 drawers. 2 large storage drawers under bed to store your linen/ towels, out of season clothes. Bedside table with drawers.
Bed linen not included. Not suitable for hybrid working.

Room 2. £1000 per month.: Taken
A fully furnished bright sunny room. 1 large room with double bed. 2 free standing hanging rails. Chest of drawers with 4 drawers. 4 large drawers under bed. Average size desk to work from home 2 days per week. This room is not ensuite but has 100% use of bathroom next door.

Bed linen not included.

Will never run out of hot water as have gas system as well as Emersion heater in emergencies.
Each person has there own bathroom to get ready in the mornings

Transport:
West Dulwich: 14 min walk - 5 min drive + free parking at station): trains to Victoria 12 min, Ldn Blackfriars 17min
West Norwood: 20 min walk-5 min drive, + free parking at station. Train to London Bridge 23 min or 36min.
Gypsy Hill : 14 min walk -5 min drive + free parking. Train to London Bridge 26min, Gatwick airport 47 min,.
Busses: plenty busses on road parallel to street house is on. Only 2 min away. Buses regularly go to Brixton, crystal palace, regent stree and run through the night. Going out on Friday nights couldn't be easier to get home as can get bus from centre of London or Victoria underground to Brixton and bus home. (No more paying for taxis).

Shops / pubs 5-10 min walk.

Brixton: 20 min on bus: vibrant, trendy, markets, cafes, restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, etc
Crystal Palace: My favourite: can walk it, catch bus. Lots of trendy bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, library, cinema, huge park and sports fascilities
West Norwood.: 3 min in a car. High street, brand new cinema just opened with cafe, restaurant, library, bar, lovely cafes, flower shop, etc.
Parks: spoilt for choice: Brockwell, Dulwich park, Crystal Palace, Belair Park, Norwood Park.

Great Value considering what you get for your money.
