Double room to let in West Dulwich House

We have a double room to let in our spacious house in West Dulwich. At the moment there are 2 people living in the house. The room to rent is a large double room with an en suite. The room comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and two built in wardrobes. There is plenty of storage in the en suite and the room is easily big enough for a couple. The room is listed for £900 for someone on their own but would be £1100 for a couple.

Gus - I am a physio working across a couple of clinics in central London. I work Monday to Friday and like to make the most of my weekends, seeing friends, playing football and generally getting out. During the week I go to the gym and play 5 a side, as well as the occasional drink or meal with friends.

Vanessa - I project manage museum exhibitions, also working Mon-Fri. After work I enjoy cooking and a glass of wine. At weekends I like to catch up with friends and family, read, do a bit of gardening and visit museums/galleries.

We are looking for likeminded people who like to socialise and are respectful of other peoples space. We are looking to have viewings in the next couple of weeks for someone to move in at the beginning of October (this is a flexible start date).
