Huge Double Bedroom with Fab Garden Views

We are a fun, friendly and sociable house, looking for the final piece of the jigsaw to fill our empty space.
Currently one of us is WFH full time and the other WFH but attends office once/twice a week.
We love to enjoy the odd glass of wine and cook together but do appreciate that we all need our own space sometimes.
The flat is first floor, very modern, clean and big enough to all have space or to share fun filled or quiet evenings together.
There is a huge garden with an enormous out-house that can be used to exercise in, work in or storage.
The neighborhood is fantastic and very friendly and local amenities on the door step including a butcher, bakery, barbers, garden centers x2 Tesco, local shops, pubs and eateries.
Travel is a selection of routes into mainline stations include Gipsy Hill (12 min walk), West Norwood (10 min walk), West Dulwich (13 min walk), Tulse Hill (20 min walk) or a 15 min bus to Brixton.
There is an array or fabulous parks including Crystal Palace, West Dulwich and Bel Air.
West Norwood offers a selection of shops including Super Drug, B&Q, main post office, Greggs, Sainsburys and Tesco etc.
