Double room to rent in friendly flatshare

Hello! We have a double room for rent in a lovely flat in West Dulwich/West Norwood.

You’ll be sharing with two others: Licia, digital manager for a charity, and Sofie, a support worker for people with learning disabilities. We're a very welcoming, laid back household and we're looking for someone a similar age to join us for a longer term house share. We love plants, cooking, reading,... We enjoy going out for dinner, going for walks together or having a cosy night in.

The room itself is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe. It gets plenty of light and is very peaceful - especially at night. There is a cute mini fireplace and space for a desk if you work from home - although there is plenty of room in the shared spaces too.

We have a lovely, large living room which gets lots of afternoon sunshine. There's a bathroom with a bath and an amazing shower, and a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!) as well as a garden which we share with our downstairs neighbour.

The flat is situated between West Dulwich, West Norwood and Gipsy Hill. We are a 5 min walk from a Tesco express and then a 10/15 min walk from West Norwood high street and nearby stations. Lots of parks around us and there is free parking on the street.

The rent is £610 per month (including broadband but excluding all other bills, which come to around £100 per tenant per month) and is available from 1st March. We have a private landlord who is really friendly and helpful.
