Hello! We've got a double room going in our 4-bed house in West Dulwich. The flat is beautiful, with a HUGE living room, and the bedroom is a decent size for the price (it fits a desk). There is also a garage which is really useful for storing bikes etc, a utility room and a garden (with a BBQ and some excellent garden furniture not featured in the pictures).
It's about 5 minutes from West Dulwich station, 15 minutes from Herne Hill (and Brockwell Park), and the number 3 bus stops about a minute away. It's a really pretty and safe neighbourhood.
The current flatmates are 3 women aged 23+, super friendly, relaxed and respectful, and often hang out together in the evenings. We're looking for someone female or non-binary who will fit in well and is LGBTQ+ friendly.
The initial tenancy contract will be until March 2022 but there is then the option for renewal. Bills usually come to about £120 a month and there is a deposit of £656.
