Hello, we have a single room to rent Monday to Friday in a family home in West Dulwich, close to three stations (Tulse Hill, West Dulwich and West Norwood). Might suit a young professional. The room is bright, overlooking the garden to the rear, and the tenant would have sole use of the WC/WHB next door, as well as shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden. As well as rail options, we are close to the routes to the No 3 and 322 buses, which take you to Brixton or into the centre of London.
Rent of £400 a calendar month includes all bills.
We are a couple with a school-aged son, we have had four previous lodgers in this house.
