A large bright double bedroom on the second floor. Spacious enough to have a desk in there if you work from home. However, please note the lounge is not a suitable space to wfh. The house is spread out and has a very large living and dining room, which is separate from the kitchen. We also have an attic which is used for storage only, however space is limited. There are two full bathrooms so no over crowding. The bedroom is unfurnished so free to style and bring what you like. We have two roof ‘terraces’ (unofficial) that are lovely on a sunny winters day or even better in summer!

As a house we love good vibes and want this to be a warm and friendly house where we can chat have a glass of wine or a pint down at the pub (there’s two right in the door step and a wine bar just 3 doors down). Looking for someone likeminded in their late 20s and early 30s. You should have a full time job and be able to provide references.

Transport around is easy, West Dulwich station is 5 mins, west Norwood 15 mins and buses just around the corner to Brixton take about 10 mins. Dulwich Village is a 10 min walk away and has loads of cafes and restaurants too.

Bills aren’t included and come collectively to around £100/mth this increases during winter depending on usage.
