I am leaving my room in this beautiful mid-century house to move in with my partner, and so looking for someone great to replace me for the remainder of my contract (until March 2025 with possible renewal).

The house is in a very quiet, leafy neighbourhood close to West Dulwich station. You can get the train to Victoria in around 10 minutes. The number 3 bus to Brixton also stops right outside, and runs all night, which is very handy! We are also close to lovely Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and West Norwood.

The room is on the top floor, and comes with the bed, a small chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe and bookshelves.

The house itself has gorgeous original mid-century features, and a garden. There is plenty of storage space, and a parking space out front.

Bills come to around £120pm. Please note you'll have to pass referencing process via our letting agent.

You will be sharing with three women aged 26-32, among them a textiles conservator/passionate crafter, charity campaigner/documentary filmmaker, and PhD candidate/nature enthusiast. It's a warm, caring, creative household, but we are all also independent busy people who like to do our own thing.
