- Located just a 2-min walk from West Dulwich Train Station (Zone 3) with fast direct trains to Victoria & Blackfriars
- A stone’s throw from Dulwich & Belair Park, Herne Hill, Brockwell Park, Brixton and Dulwich Village
- There’s a bus stop directly outside the house that takes you straight into Herne Hill & Brixton within 10 mins
- 5-min walk from Tesco Express, Bakery, Italian bistro, Organic food shop, bookshop, gift shop, pharmacy and more

The house
- 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath)
- Large utility room
- Large open kitchen/living area
- Large patio garden with furniture and flowerbed (south-facing)
- Access to another private communal garden
- Permit for another car. Single drive already being used
- Additional car parking permit for any guests who want to visit
- Shed connected to the front of the house (great for bikes & other storage)
- We have a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster & washing machine. We don’t have a tumble dryer but we have plenty of space for the clothes to dry.
- Bills wise – it’s roughly £150 each (council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric and 2 house cleans per month)

- Relatively small room available (in comparison to the other rooms but at a reduced rate)
- Room contains a double bed, other furniture would be required.
- Next to the largest communal bathroom

Us!
- You’ll be joining three sociable and friendly gals (between 28–32) who have lived in London for 3+ years and lived in the house 3-5 years. We enjoy socialising in the house (hosting BBQs etc) but also like to do our own thing too.
- We’re all friends and keen for another one to complete the set 🩷
