Bright and cosy room in West Dulwich 🌱

Looking for someone to take over a cosy sunny room in West Dulwich! You’ll be living with the lovely Anna and Daisy🌼

For context - Ali and Grace are moving out as Grace has bought a 2-bed house (exciting times!), so we have a couple of rooms becoming available. We have a friend of Anna’s hopefully lined up for Ali’s room, so we’re ideally looking for another chilled, friendly housemate to complete the set😊

They enjoy cooking, pub trips, chilling together watching Netflix, etc. It’s a warm and sociable house where everyone still respects each other’s space!

The house is really well located, with a bus stop immediately out front and an overground station 2 minutes away. We’re also a 15/20 minute walk to the lovely Herne Hill and Brockwell Park and Lido, or a short bus ride into Brixton, with all its lovely restaurants and the independent cinema.

We have a Tesco express, cafes, a bookshop and a yoga studio and more all a few minutes walk away, and lots of beautiful parks nearby!

While the house is furnished (sofa, table etc). The room is currently unfurnished, which gives you the chance to make it your own from the start. It’s a cosy space, so something like a bed with built-in or underbed storage would work really well. There’s also loads of additional storage throughout the house, so it’s never felt cramped! This room's rent is the lowest to reflect the size. As well as a large utility room with plenty of cupboards, we also have a shed outside.

The estate agent may be able to provide a bed and mattress if needed, but we thought it’s nice to have the flexibility to choose what suits you best (as our beds supplied by the estate agent don't have under-bed storage).

There’s three bathrooms between the four of us, so no waiting for showers in the morning! The kitchen is huge and has two ovens and a dishwasher, as well as all the usual appliances.

The outdoor space is incredible, we have a private patio garden and shared access to a huge lawn with a few other houses. There’s plenty of room for BBQ’s in the summer and we have raised flowerbeds on the patio for growing veggies or flowers!

- Bills wise – it’s roughly £150 each (Band E council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric and 2 house cleans per month)
