Cozy and bright patio room in leafy West Dulwich

We are happy to announce that we're looking for a new flatmate/s in our beautiful West Dulwich maisonette. You'll be sharing with two cosmopolitan young professional men in their late twenties, in quiet, leafy and bright West Dulwich. The flat is well lived in, and after four years of contented living here our third room has become available.

The room itself is cozy and simple, with a small desk, double bed, and storage space - plus access to a private roof terrace with space for an outdoor gym, a barbecue, plant boxes and clothes line.

The house has a large kitchen with a big shared living room, a bathroom/shower, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with village vibes. On the street are two corner shops, two cafes, two restaurants and a large pub (The Rosendale), plus a dry cleaners and even toy shop! There is a strong community feel in West Dulwich, and you'll find community festivals, markets and events in the surrounding area. There is a Tesco Express ten minutes walk away, two train stations including West Dulwich and Tulse Hill, multiple bus stops, and bigger shops and services on the busy West Norwood high street about 15 mins walk away. There are numerous bike lanes so a bicycle is recommended to get around.

You'll be sharing the house with me (Raph) and Jack, two young professionals who enjoy travelling, cooking together, watching films, playing video games, and going to gigs, the cinema, and walks. Jack works in retail and I work in radio and music. We both enjoy hanging out together but also respect flatmates who prefer being more private.
