Large, sunny double room in West Ealing

Hi! I have a double room in a nice house in West Ealing that I'm looking to fill. The room itself is quite big (4.25m x 4m-ish, I've included a little floor plan with the pictures) so there's plenty of space for a desk if you work from home and it has a ton of windows so it's always full of light. The room is available furnished or unfurnished; it comes with a chest of drawers and a desk with a chair but the lettings agency are able to supply a bed if you need it or the can take all the other stuff away if you don't want it. There are two built massive in wardrobes which have hidden all of my stuff magnificently and should be more than a match for yours.
The housemates are all lovely. Everyone's pretty busy doing their own thing so we're all quite quiet but you can count on a nice little chat whenever you bump into each other. There are six rooms total but you'll only share a bathroom with two others.
We have a nice living room and little garden, there's a parking space out the front for your car and a little side alley bit if, like me, you have too many bicyles.
I've checked with the agency and they want to check your salary covers the rent, which means no students unfortunately.
