We have one double room for rent in our 4 bed house in West Ealing for a female.
It is located very close to West Ealing station and about 15 min walk to Ealing Broadway. There are many shops around on the High Street, gyms and with close proximity to parks around.
The current tenants are two professionals aged 31 and above. We are looking for someone who has ideally settled down career-wise, respects others, won't throw house parties over the weekend as we value having relaxed weekends. We are both sport enthusiasts, so would be great to share the house with someone else who also has hobbies.
The price includes rent and bills are not included (they will come to about £60-£70), tenancy agreement is signed directly with the landlord.
