I am looking for someone to take over my contract in this HUGE room in a house in West Ealing! It has been absolutely amazing living there but unfortunately I’m moving out of London.

Things to consider:
- move in date: 4/5 JUNE latest
- Rent £940 (incl bills)
- Tenant has to pay 1st and last months rent before moving in. £1880 in total
- A one off £150 council tax payment to be made before moving in
- Referencing , payments and contract signed to be done ideally before 4th of June

- The most lovely and respectful housemates ages 25-35, mix between boys and girls. Everyone is on different schedules so the house is not hectic and there is no fighting for kitchen or bathroom!

- West Ealing is very safe and close to everything
- 5 min walk to West Ealing station (Elizabeth line), 20 min walk to Ealing (Elizabeth line, central and district)
- 1 min walk to bus stop
- 5 min walk to convenience shops, pub, Italian restaurant, and take away! 🥡
- 5 min walk to 2 beautiful parks 🌳 (one of the parks even has tennis courts)

Additional info:
-Tenant is to sign a 12 month lease, with a 6 month break clause
- after 12 months contract goes on a rolling 1 month basis contract
- If tenant is to terminate contract early, it is possible and at a fee (which is what I’m doing)
