I am moving out of my room as I'm leaving London...please message with a little about yourself if you’re interested in arranging a viewing.

The room is a good size -it can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best of you!

The house is so nice, with a cute little garden. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, good oven, microwave, etc. We also have a spare room and a room for coats/drying clothes so it's lovely and spacious.

The area is peaceful and there is a nice pub just down the road. The house is within walking distance (0.7miles) to West Ealing Station (Elizabeth Line) and 0.6miles from Northfields Station (Piccadilly Line). Ealing Broadway station which has the Elizabeth line, District and Central line is also not far (1 mile), with a regular bus service that stops just off our street.

The other housemates are all professionals in their early 30's so ideally looking for someone of a similarish age. It's a nice balance where we hang out/go out together sometimes but also all have our own lives/independence.

Some interests of the current housemates include: running, going for pints, gardening, music, dungeons and dragons, festivals, gym, cinema, reading.

We already have a cat so I'm afraid we can't take in any more pets.
